Day 2: I Speak Truth Over Lies
Declaration:
I speak truth over lies. My words are not diluted by culture; they are anchored in covenant. I release heaven’s clarity into earth’s confusion.
Scripture:
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
— John 8:32
Devotional Reflection:
Lies are subtle. They don’t always come with horns and hostility.
Sometimes they sound like comfort.
Sometimes they wear the mask of consensus.
But truth? Truth is eternal. Truth is a Person. Truth is a sword.
In this season of awe, we are called to speak with Kingdom clarity.
Not to win arguments, but to release freedom.
Not to echo culture, but to embody covenant.
Jesus didn’t just speak truth. He was truth.
And when He opened His mouth, deception unraveled.
He didn’t shout to be heard. He spoke to set captives free.
As members of the Ekklesia, our words must carry that same weight.
Truth spoken in love is not soft, it’s surgical.
It cuts through confusion. It heals identity. It restores vision.
Today, speak truth over every lie that’s tried to take root.
Speak truth over your mind, your relationships, your calling.
Let your mouth become a mirror of heaven’s clarity.
Reflection Prompt:
What lie have you believed that needs heaven’s truth?
Write it down. Then speak the opposite aloud, anchored in Scripture.
Ask: What does God say about this?
